Runners, earn income while running fitness group

The search for health  is the focus of many people worldwide. It is very difficult to lose weight or train on your own. There are very few individuals that can do that and who can maintain the discipline over a period of time. We want to work and suffer and have fun in groups!

For this reason we initially created weight loss groups modelled on the Biggest Loser concept. We do focus on nutrition though, where the Biggest Loser on TV will also add vigorous and intense physical activity. I believe that exercise does help, but I can also tell you from personal experience as a marathon athlete that exercise alone will not make you lose weight - not if you do not change your eating habits.

We have changed our concept slighlty - we now have fitness clubs or fitness groups - also known as level 10 groups.  We need more people to lead and facilitate the groups. Runners could do this easily.

So, we have openings (positions) for people right now who want to become leaders of groups like this to act as health and fitness coaches on a part time or full time basis. You must have a love for people and the patience to work with people. You will need access to a small amount of capital to help your business grow quickly.

Our opportunity is available everywhere at the moment. Our aim is to create a number of new groups in the next period. We will be able to get a new group started in the area where you are!

Earnings will differ from group to group and will also depend on your level of skill and your own confidence.
We will train and assist you. The concept  is easy, but it will require effort and time on your side.

If you are a marathoner plus, this will be easy to you. Get the program and stick with it!

  1. This is a great post Hansie.
We are running Weight Loss Challenges as well (on the very same model you refer to) and as Coaches, we simply enjoy it very much.
Most valuable to us is seeing our contestants achieve their goals and watching them change right before our eyes at the weekly weigh-ins.

Their change is not only physically but we see them growing in personal confidence and joy when they see weekly results from following our lead. They embrace the opportunity to change what they have failed in so many times before in most cases.

When I see this light coming on in their eyes, my heart skips a beat and it is an absolute privilege to share such BIG and deeply personal moment with them.

I see you mention "The Biggest Loser" and just this week, I had some thoughts about the differences between their program and the program you and we are running.

I love to watch the TV show. Seeing people's live change for the better is much more entertaining and meaningful than watching the news, soaps or game shows . . . well for me any way.

For us it comes down to this:
We show our contestants exactly where and how to make the necessary changes in their life styles to achieve and maintain their ideal weight and optimum health.
Yes which "The Biggest Loser" also does, but we offer the solution to EVERY person (not just a small select group) that has the guts to take that very important first step towards their dream life.

The second, and to me very important, difference is that we do not take our contestants on holiday (outside of their normal routine). Our model helps our contestants to integrate what we teach them right there in their environment and routine.
This way, we believe, they can start to implement and integrate the necessary changes on a weekly basis. Contestants from "The Biggest Loser" though can only start this process after their program.

"The Biggest Loser" still is an inspiration to every person watching the show and elevates awareness of how important it is to maintain a healthy and ideal weight.
    All efforts are well spent.

We all have so much to still do. We commend your leadership to mentor more coaches and help more people.
I wish your programs all the best.
